McIntosh Gallery Art & Travel Committee Presents a Day Trip: Back Roads Southwestern Ontario

Thursday, September 8 2022
Stratford Perth Museum, Gallery Stratford, Clay & Glass Museum

28 attendees will tour the Stratford Perth Museum’s traveling exhibition Anne Frank: A History for Today, from the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam. 76 years after her death, this exhibition juxtaposes personal photographs, stories and diary entries with a timeline of the Nazis’ escalating persecution of the Jewish people. For all the “Beliebers”, we will also have a chance to see Justin Bieber: Steps to Stardom. After a boxed lunch from Sirkel Foods, on the grounds of the Museum, we will depart to Gallery Stratford to enjoy a tour of Canadian female artists. The final stop will be The Clay and Glass Gallery in Waterloo which will feature tours of The Rose Window Revisited & Re-imagined, as well as Grading Light, and Tactile Impressions: Amber Zuber. There will be time to visit the beautiful Gallery Shop before departing for London

The flyer can be accessed here and includes additional details about this trip, including an itinerary.
